If you are emailing about an order, make sure to pop your order number in your message so I can find you quickly.
I do not send out tracking numbers with dispatch notes, but if you have Paid for Tracking overseas, which is an option during checkout and definitely gives peace of mind, I do have them to hand. If you didn’t opt for tracking then I cannot find out anything about it, hold tight, it will arrive it will just be taking longer.
4-8 weeks is usual so if you are awaiting squish overseas, hold tight! If you are waiting more than 2 weeks in the UK, give me a shout.
Make sure you check the top of the Squish page to know when the estimated time of dispatch is for your squish.
I receive and overwhelming amount of emails about Squishy things and I have tried to answer as many as possible in the Questions section, if you can’t find an answer get in touch.
I don’t respond to emails over the weekend as I have a small family but I endeavour to reply to you within 3 working days.
